There are always possibilities for a Business Value you only need to notice. As a passionate and authentic leader, I like to work with people. Only strong, focused, and diverse teams could bring exceptional results or find a solution, that never being exist. I have experience in different areas, has been working for the government, and leading Engineering teams working for the Nordics and IT DevOps teams across Europe. 18 Years of managing people and Projects, also holding Construction and IT Engineering degrees are the lines in my CV and experience from the Past. What I´m really capable of today, is reflected in the way I behave myself every day: as a Leader, I suppose to learn all the time. Reading professional books, deep-diving into data, or learning by solving a solution in practice is what characterized me the most. I don´t do that only for me, but for the people and Business mission, I am supposed to be responsible for. If someone would ask me to summarize my working methods with a few bullet points, those would be-visionary mindset with an ability to engage people through colorful storytelling-helicopter-perspective that allows for connecting dots and drawing conclusions that others might not see-an ability to structure complex problems into manageable questions that, once worked through, become an actionable plan-an analytical predisposition and scientific methodology that lets data steer actions-a team-first-mentality that values winning together with othersIf you would like to challenge the "status quo", I love to be part of it. I believe, that my job is done well when the team and Company do not need me anymore, as the long-term vision is owned by the teams and automation is implemented.
