Multilingual Possessing an extensive background in IT, and communications, I am a dynamic individual, and able to adapt to any environment. As a Director of the Solutions Specialist team, I provide technical expertise to support new business development with the Triton Digital Sales team to ensure that the solutions satisfy the technical requirements of both the customers and the company. Prior to joining Triton Digital I spent 15 years working for Positron Public Safety Systems. During my time there I spent several years in different areas of the company. As part of the Product Management team in addition to managing four main products, and the entire hardware infrastructure, I spent time on Business development, Business Processes, as well as various cross departmental process improvement task forces. Tasks included to maintain the product structure throughout the various Improvement processes involved in migrating the MRP system from ManMan to Oracle 10, and then later on to Oracle 11. Having the knowledge of the workings of these systems, I was also included as one of the primary personnel involved in the migration projects when PPSS was purchased by IPC and then later by Intarado. Prior to the Product Management Role, I set up and established a Staging process. This project involved setting up a team of 12 technicians, a Lab environment for the setup/teardown as well as the Staging Process itself. This involved extensive collaboration with Finance, Product Management, Project Management, Operations, Engineering, Field Services as well as Customer support. My first Role in the company was a Product Integration Specialist. I moved to the team lead with five Technicians under me. As the team lead for the Product Integration Group. I was responsible for the seamless integration of our products into the customers’ facilities, and to validate the hardware infrastructure or servers and Desktops used in our Emergency Call handling solutions.
