As a timber industry professional with extensive international experience in forestry and timber processing, environmental auditing, energy, biomass, and assurance systems, I have worked with over 300 different wood processing, biomass, and paper companies across the globe. Throughout my career as an auditor and trainer, I have gained valuable skills in conducting assessments, leading projects, developing training programs, organizing workshops, writing technical handbooks, building assurance procedures, supporting quality management, and supervising teams of technical specialists and auditors. My key expertise lies in the traceability of various commodities such as timber, biomass, fuels, energy, and agricultural products. I believe traceability is one of the key challenges we face today, and I enjoy exploring new solutions such as volume reconciliation platforms, audit management portals, remote auditing, and more. Additionally, I have a keen interest in energy generation, accessibility and security. Lately I got very curious about nuclear energy sector. My professional values include integrity, cooperation, a commitment to ongoing learning, a focus on delivering tangible results, and engagement in pursuance of a bright mission. I am based in Tartu, Estonia, and am fluent in English, Russian, and Estonian. I am used to remote work from my home office and regular work travel. I bring with me work experience from Europe, United States, Russia, India, Vietnam, Malaysia, Ghana, and China.
