About Roman Toth

As Project Manager at AME International GmbH, I am fully responsible for the budget-efficient planning, goal-oriented development, and smooth implementation of complete hospital infrastructures in underserved and emerging regions around the world. With a strong foundation in medical technology, hospital engineering and international project management, I lead multi-disciplinary teams through diverse and challenging phases of healthcare projects, from initial concept design to final commissioning. With nearly 10 years of professional experience in the healthcare environment, along with one completed academic program and a second with the thesis currently in progress, I bring a solid combination of hands-on expertise and structured theoretical knowledge to every project. My work has taken me across borders, contributing to hospital construction and modernization projects in countries such as Indonesia, Sri Lanka, Tunisia, Uzbekistan, and beyond. I collaborate closely with international stakeholders, construction companies, medical suppliers, and government bodies to ensure our solutions are not only technically and timely feasible but also culturally and logistically sustainable. So, I am truly committed to delivering European healthcare values through customised, high-impact, patient-centered healthcare environments, and I believe that quality healthcare services should be accessible to all, no matter where in the world.
