My career trajectory has equipped me with a diverse skill set, particularly in end-user support, system maintenance, vulnerability management, PCI-DSS environments, and the comprehensive design and implementation of 2FA and remote access services. In my current role as a Senior Remote Access Service Manager, I am dedicated to providing professional support and consultancy to our clients. My responsibilities encompass the end-to-end design and implementation of Remote Access & 2FA/MFA services, ensuring robust security and seamless user experiences. I manage the technical and engineering aspects of remote access servers and systems, overseeing setup, maintenance, upgrades, replacements, and vulnerability patching. I am committed to maintaining high standards, ensuring that my team adheres to best practices and service level agreements. A key part of my role involves tracking and responding to requests from both company and customer staff, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues. I am also responsible for creating and maintaining comprehensive technical and process documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures, to guarantee consistent and reliable service delivery. Previously, as a Remote Access Services Technical Specialist, I provided expert client-facing support and engineering for remote access solutions. I trained end-users and IT staff on 2FA authentication, supported various devices and operating systems including Windows, Linux, Mac, and managed Ivanti Connect Secure and Cisco Remote Access Service solutions. My role also included managing the technical backend of remote access servers, ensuring their optimal performance and security. Throughout my tenure, I have played a crucial technical role in business cases, aiding the sales team in developing service implementation materials and quotations, and creating online demos for customers. I actively support continuous service technicians and engage proactively with vendors to report and resolve product bugs.
