About Roman Wroath

An Aerospace Engineer by trade for over twenty years; I am the CEO and CPO of Galaxia International Ltd. Previously, I have successfully grown SoulCircus to be the largest Yoga & Wellness Festival incorporating mainstream live music entertainment to the largest event of its kind in Europe. In 2021 I launched a new marine business incorporating innovation in engineering (power generation) and sales in high performance boats. Previously, I have completed seven successful years with the Royal Air Force working on Tri-Star L-1011 aircraft having served all over the Middle East including tours of duty in Iraq & Afghanistan Joining GE Aviation in 2013 I have held posts as a contractual cost-out leader supporting GE’s long term service agreements. Field service engineering leader covering both military (non-US) and civil platforms supporting Dowty’s customers in the field. Currently holding programme management role I specialize in the delivering complex business projects in all business functions from Engineering to Financial Forecasting. I have driven process improvements in relation to project process control leveraging best practices from other parts of our business. I am a keen practitioner of Lean Six Sigma and incorporate industry and outside industry practices /methodology of Lean Six Sigma to my current role. This is one area I am keen on developing further skills and understanding in. I held the position of Civil Programme Manager & Six Sigma Black Belt at Dowty Propellers [GE Aviation]. In this role I was responsible for leading special projects across the civil programmes involving all parts of the Dowty business.
