As an experienced educator with over a decade of teaching at both primary and secondary levels, and extensive involvement in school management including experience in Pondok Pesantren, I have acquired the skills to establish and manage educational institutions effectively. I have over 15 years of experience as an educator and more than 5 years in leadership roles, providing me with a deep understanding of the educational landscape and its challenges at every student development stage. In leadership positions, I have managed schools implementing diverse curricula such as the Cambridge, national, and Islamic integrated curricula, ensuring a well-rounded education that meets international standards while respecting cultural and religious values. As an education consultant, I specialize in developing curricula, implementing effective teaching strategies, and fostering environments for holistic student development, particularly focusing on character education. My primary focus is on developing holistic and sustainable educational systems and institutions that are strategically designed to support students in reaching their fullest potential. I am committed to creating educational ecosystems that nurture not only academic excellence, but also exemplary character, strong moral values, and essential life skills.
