About Romarae Bahala

I have been teaching for almost 8 years and currently, I am teaching 4th grade students with varied personalities and learning styles. Technology has been my reliable partner in providing an interactive classroom, especially in differentiated activities. And so, they quiet named me as their "go-to techy teacher". In fact, due to my fondness in technology, I conducted, communicated, and collaborated a Classroom-based Action Research in the Inter-District and Division-Wide Research Congress with the title on:"ISPIN: An Interactive Spelling Intervention" It is a interventive material that hopes to bridge the gap in the spelling difficulty among our learners. With such material and all the other mental and emotional concerns of a child, I monitor, evaluate and counsel learner progress. In addition, I am also working as a mentor in various school activities like Reading Month, Journalism and Art-related activities. I have to various extra-curricular school activities and bagged some merits on the competitions won by me participant. I have been a coach in Radio Broadcasting, Story-telling activities, poster making activities and the likes. I am very dynamic and active especially when asked to facilitate school activities. I have managed facilitating Scouting activities, Monthly Academic Activities, and even during the Teacher's In-Service Activities. In fact, during my college days, I have facilitated an outreach activity that aims to help learners from a far flung areas, through our program called "We Tutor". It has bagged numerous recognition and up to this date it is still implemented and constantly refined to raise the effectivity of the program. Thus, I collaborated relevant stakeholders both internal and external to promote learning and improve school performance. I am very blessed to experience wonderful and significant memories with my learners and I hope I could be able to radiate my enthusiasm to your school district. In such a way, I could be professionally open for more learning experience as I immerse myself to new environments, climates and cultures in teaching.
