Rome Jay D. Ferrer is a graduate of Instrumentation and Control Engineering Technology. He is currently working in an Electronics Manufacturing company as a Junior Project Manager. He managed different projects related to IOT (Internet of Things) devices which covers from Research & Design up to Production and Manufacturing. Some of the projects he handles were devices like Bluetooth Speaker, Smart Toothbrush, Animal Temperature Sensor and Floor Temperature and Humidity Sensor. His works and responsibilities includes management in key-areas of project, engineering, customer relation and business proposal. Rome Jay’s past experience includes being a BOM Engineer and Engineering Change Management Controller before he got the job of Junior Project Manager. The longest job he had handled was being a Sr. Product Technician for 6 years in a multi-national manufacturing company that produces wide and various variety of power supplies. These experiences gave him a vast knowledge about electronics design and manufacturing. He graduated college at Technological University of the Philippines – Manila from year 2007 – 2010. Experienced System Management Engineer with a demonstrated history of working in the electrical and electronic manufacturing industry. Skilled in Bill of Materials Creation and Management, Facilitating Engineering Change Management Process, Internal Auditing, Pneumatics, Power Supplies, Failure Analysis, Manufacturing, and PLC Programming.
