I am a well-travelled self motivated hospitality professional who likes to think out of the box. Passionate about everything I do both professional and personal. Over the last 28 years I have gained experience in hotel operations strategy and running a business as an entrepreneur. My strengths lie in managing and driving a P&L Analysing numbers and identifying opportunities for financial improvement working with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures managing multiple locations and pushing for excellence I have a keen understanding of online distribution marketing & the use of UGC / Social media as a business opportunity for growth and spend considerable time researching the latest trends internationally. I travel frequently for work as well as personal learning and growth and look at this as an investment. I truly believe I am in the business of creating and delivering lifestyle experiences and not just in the 'service industry' I have been an integral part of fund raising brand creation and development; complete rebranding of an entire business and turn key projects. I have created 40+ restaurants and concepts over the last 2 decade and been a key part of project and pre-opening of 4 internationally branded hotels as well played the role of Owners Representative and Asset Manager for branded hotels from the Starwood Marriott and IHG Portfolio.
