About Romina Posea

Strategic advisor in digital transformation, organizational design, and BIM-driven delivery: integrating people, processes, and technology into a coherent system. With 15 years of experience across construction, design & build, and project management, I help companies move from fragmented operations to aligned, scalable, high-performance workflows. As the Founder & CEO of Construct Shift, I work with general contractors, design teams, and public authorities to develop transformation frameworks, BIM strategies, quality systems, and process architectures tailored to real constraints, not theoretical ideals. My work combines system thinking, practical implementation, and a deep understanding of human behavior during change. Active in Women in BIM, Cluster TEC, and buildingSMART Romania, I advocate for an industry where innovation is grounded in collaboration, clarity, and continuous learning. My mission is to redefine how organizations build, decide, and adapt: by creating sustainable structures that enable people to do their best work. Core belief: When people, processes, and technology are aligned, companies transform from the inside out: sustainably and with purpose.
