About Romina Protto

Romina is an Italian civil lawyer with almost 10 years of experience in civil law and, in particularly, commercial and corporate law. She has assisted national and international clients in both civil proceedings as well as in extrajudicial matters. In recent years, Romina has developed broad experience in real estate matters, advising international clients on strategic transactions and investments in Italy and assisting clients during the development of all phases of their construction projects. She is involved in all related corporate and contractual matters, thereby also examining the related administrative and town planning issues. In addition, she handles labor law matters connected to corporate and real estate transactions, especially assisting clients in out of court issues. Through collaboration with international law firms and assistance to international clients, she has gained expertise in analyzing international private law and EU law issues. Romina has had professional trainings abroad, as a secondment at legal department of the Dutch group The Student Hotel (Amsterdam) in 2017, and through a foreign associate internship at law firm Mason Hayes & Curran (Dublin) in 2011.
