As an administrative professional within the health care industry, I have developed valuable interpersonal skills and interprofessional relationships that have allowed me to cohesively work with many personalities as well as a number of individuals within the hierarchical ladder. As an administrator, I understand how important it is to imbibe the mission, vision, and values of an organization to produce the best quality work possible and assist in the progression of the organization. Administrative Philosophy I have been exposed to the various facets in the realm of health care administration and understand that each sector has a role to play in improving the industry as a whole and the patient experience. I strive to help implement the necessary changes in the health care industry to reflect the Triple Aim framework: improving patient experience of care, improving the health of populations, and reducing the cost of health care. Being an administrator allows me to assist in profitability for an organization without sacrificing the quality-of-care patients receive. I believe that by connecting with the individuals I work with; we can work towards a similar goal cohesively to achieve greater outcomes. This not only helps the team grow stronger as a unit, but it helps to provide more valuable results and task outcomes.
