Energetic, highly motivated IT professional, with a proven track record in Healthcare and education systems implementation. As a former implementation specialist, I have completed large scale healthcare projects in both India and the UAE during the last 3 years. I am highly skilled in terms of hospital processes, system implementation, quality-testing, training and post-implementation support. I have also developed excellent Customer Service and communication skills, learning to perform well under pressure and to meet tight deadlines as part of a team. A leap from the healthcare system to the education has been quite a journey and I have spent 3+ years in the field of education [currently employed] working closely with Teachers, Students and other members of the Senior board, giving me an oppurtunity to look into more depth of the education system while also allowing me to work with great colleagues and great intuitive software and hardware.
