Forensic Psychiatric Serivces for over 30 years, specializing as a psychiatric nurse. His diverse experience in the field has ranged from hospital to community - in both urban (Downtown Eastside) and rural (northern) areas, court services, Quality Management Leader and in an innovative position as a Clinical Security Liaison Nurse. The passion for developing individuals and teams began in 2007 as a Quality Management Leader within BC Mental Health and Addictions. His leadership coach assisted him in his leadership development. She had co-authored books that helped in the development of his own and others leadership within health care using the LEADS framework- He recently returned to his passion of community work as a Community & Liaison Nurse at the Surrey Forensic Psychiatric Clinic. Remains an an internal Executive Coach for Coaching Services within the Provincial Health Services Authority in British Columbia & Founder and Primary Executive Coach for Catalan Coaching- A Certified Executive Coach (CEC) from Royal Roads University- He is licensed to train you to learn Communication/Coaching skills from "Coaching Out of the Box".
