I am a self-starting communications and PR enthusiast with diverse experience and a strong commitment in driving business development through organizing events, conducting research, and supporting marketing programs. Throughout my career, I have established a reputation as an excellent team player committed to collaborating across multiple organizational levels to achieve short-term and long-term objectives. The diversity of my work experience allows me to have a unique perspective on business processes, sales, and marketing as well as on managing internal and external communications. After graduating from Bina Nusantara University with a Bachelor of International Relations, I joined NCB Interpol Indonesian Police in the role of the Staff Assistant helping with reviewing records and exchanging information with internal departments and outside agencies. This experience provided a solid foundation in analyzing information as well as significantly helped me to develop my communication skills. From there, I went on to work in the commercial setting as the Business Development Specialist marketing and selling insurance products to existing and new customers. With a keen focus on cultivating relationships with customers and advancing the company’s brand, I successfully organized events that garnered community attention and helped further the company’s presence. Having worked one year in this role, I took on additional responsibilities after the General Affairs and Administration Officer left the company. I spent another year combining two roles which taught me to effectively multi-task and prioritize tasks at hand. After joining a new company, PT BFI Indonesia, I developed the ability to oversee multiple processes and plan things in advance. As their Internal Audit Specialist, I created audit plans and determined internal audit scopes while monitoring business processes across different company branches to ensure compliance with SOP. I’m a determined, creative, and highly organized professional with a strong ability to adapt to new situations and learn quickly. My goal is to use my diverse experience and skill set to help companies achieve greater success.
