About Ron Anthony

Ron has over thirty years of experience in facilities and building management with strong skills in building operations, technical competencies, client relationship enhancement, and project management. Twenty of those years were spent as a National Account Manager in the United States and Asia. Ron’s focus was the optimization of the contractual and added value relationships with customers with a strong emphasis on cost optimization, safety, environmental safety, and quality. Corporate experiences included many large corporations as clients such as, GSK, IBM, Hewlett Packard, Intel, NSN, State Street Bank, Dow, Cisco, McGraw-Hill, Wyeth Pharmaceuticals and Macquarie. Ron’s oversight of these accounts included all aspects of the facilities operations including environmental health, safety, and sustainability, quality management, training, contract management, capital project supervision and execution, budget oversight and development. Work included interfacing with and coordination of various engineering and real estate entities. Ron maintained a high moral and ethical standard throughout his career and has a passion for doing business the “right” way. Throughout Ron’s career serving customers, he advanced the facility management and maintenance industry with a commitment to process and technological innovation and the achievement of customer satisfaction. During his time in China, he was engaged with IFMA and was a co-founder of the IFMA Shanghai Chapter during his tenure in Asia.
