After 20 years in the mortgage banking industry, Ron made the choice to become an IMB (Independent Mortgage Broker). This move enables him to help more clients (both new and repeat) make better choices with their home lending needs. Ron has always prided himself for "doing the right thing" and will always have his client's best interests, regardless of the outcome. As a nine consecutive year recipient of the highly coveted "Five Star Professional" Award, which is awarded to less than 1% of all licensed Mortgage Loan Originators, continual accolades for loan production, as well as loan quality metrics, and a perfect 5.0 score rating from over 50 previous clients on Experience.com, his ability to serve his clients in the highest possible regard will remain at the forefront of his business. When Ron is not taking the sting out of lending, he has enjoyed coaching his son's many sports teams as well as helping him in achieving his Eagle Scout ranking with BSA America. His son just graduated from Liberty University in Virginia with a BA in Biopsychology and will now focus on achieving Doctorate status, so Ron is one very, very proud father. You might find him hiking, camping, bird watching, being on the water, traveling to local areas like Gettysburg, and spending time with his girlfriend and their pups. Ron is also a huge proponent of mental health awareness, and continually advocates for those that need to work on their mental health to get the help that they need and live their best life! To that point, life is very short, tomorrow is never promised. Each and every one of us is merely a speck on a speck on a speck that will soon return to the very dirt from which we once came.
