Besides a creative mind, desire to find disruptive solutions, my fascination about many topics and (not the least) being good company, I bring you over 15 years of advisory and intermediary experience, bringing risks and solutions together. Including experience in niche (primary contact for both clients (insured) as insurers) and in product-department (in team with my account management). Our product is developed and much more focussed on the actual requirements by the High Court regarding Employers responsibility and ability to directly reimburse the employee who suffered bodily injury, unlike other insurance solutions available in the Netherlands) Previous experience : Judicial advice and management, strategical & practical process development, at a commercial law firm with >60k individual files in 1-2 years (opt out of The Dutch act on Collective Settlement of Mass Claims (WCAM 2005)); Made possible throughout smart usage of data; to be able to produce various documents instantly (!), such as legal documents and a personalised writ of summons on behalf of any individual client. Such smart and effective usage of data for legal documents (and also for other documents/contracts or other services) diminishes the costs and time for administration, and has already been possible for more than 16 years (and even much longer), but I also know how.
