When I was given the challenge to start CRM loyalty marketing, I was permitted to launch the Kroger Plus card, resulting in 53 quarters of growth for same store sales year over year. I was challenged to revamp the advertising and marketing of a $3 billion company, redesigned and launched their CRM and grew customer spending resulting in sales growth tear over year. When given the challenge to reinstall loyalty marketing after it was abandoned as the cost was too high for 7 stores I redesigned and relaunched the CRM platform for all stores in the 64 store chain for the same amount it cost for the 7 stores and was successful growing sales and profits.
