As a hands-on creative lead who works with marketing teams, strategists, writers, designers, developers, and technologists, I believe in giving creative teams something to believe in, not just something to do. At the nation's second-largest public university - the University of Central Florida, I transformed the creative services team into a full-service, award-winning marketing consultancy by attracting top talent, implementing new tools, and fostering an inspired culture. My agency background built me into a do’er, a strategic thinker, and honed my execution skills. I can empower a team, lead a project to fruition, and keep people curious and positive - including myself. Throughout my career, I have translated data, trends, and human insight into campaigns and activations that make meaningful connections. Whether through my work or my relationships, the goal is always to lift those around me. Now at The Good Pour, I have a direct effect on guiding that bigger mission that has continually influenced my life. I specialize in experiential brands and thrive in projects that positively affect people's lives. I actively donate my brand design and marketing skills to support community projects and organizations including AIGA, UCF Graphic Design Student Association, Camp Boggy Creek, Habitat for Humanity of Greater Orlando, and several youth fitness initiatives in Central Florida.
