As an experienced QA Leader/Manager with experience across multiple industries, I am deeply committed to driving excellence in software quality and team performance. Over the years, I've developed and implemented policies and procedures aligning with organizational goals, ensuring efficient and consistent delivery of high-quality products. I thrive on tackling complex challenges and continually seek to innovate within my teams. Programs I had to teach myself to usefully complete some of these projects include C#, SQL, Selenium, Python, and PowerShell. My passion for learning is matched by my desire to teach others, which is why I founded Fab Lab Fort Smith (fablabfortsmith.org), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to providing resources and training in technology and manufacturing to help others grow their skills and careers. I take pride in mentoring and coaching my teams to not only meet but exceed quality standards, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and learning. Whether through Agile methodologies or automation, I am always focused on improving processes and outcomes that align with business goals and create long-term value. I’m always open to connecting with like-minded professionals passionate about innovation, leadership, and quality assurance.
