About Ron Ciminelli

After a 20-year career as an established leader in operations management, I decided to pursue my passion of helping others by becoming a financial advisor. In 2018, I joined Edward Jones. I value helping others and the role of financial advisor is the perfect combination of my past experiences and passion. I began my leadership journey in the late 90s. Prior to Edward Jones, I was responsible for 12 business units located in Upstate New York and the Greater Toronto Area. As a district manager, I was ultimately responsible for over 300 employees in two countries. Working with many individual investors, I help people achieve their financial goals. I believe investors should feel understood, in control and informed at all times. I welcome the opportunity to learn about you and your personal financial priorities. I have extensive business experience and as a financial advisor, I also work with companies on their employer retirement plans. I understand the demands of business and realize how important it is to offer exceptional benefits to your employees in a cost effective, efficient manner. I work with businesses of all sizes throughout New York State. On a personal note, my family and I are originally from Buffalo, NY. My wife, Carla, and I currently reside in Rochester, NY with our two children, Sarah and Ronny. Carla and I were married in 2007 and we moved here in 2012. We’re happy to call Rochester home. We spend all the time we can together as a family. We enjoy participating in local community events, attending our kids' sporting events, and of course, taking family vacations.
