About Ron Ford

A broad range of leadership and entrepreneurial experience and achievements in business and non-profit organizations. Proven expertise in leveraging leadership, analysis and collaboration to transform vision into action and results. Since 1983 I have been actively involved in establishing and growing new companies and organizations in the non-profit and for profit sectors. Additionally, in the past I have directly lead the planting and establishment of two separate church congregations in California; the first in 1983 and the second in 1996. As part of the Association of Vineyard Churches, USA, I served as an Area Pastoral Coordinator, a District Overseer and a Regional Overseer and as a member of the national board. During that time, I began working as an organizational consultant working with small and medium sized businesses and non-profit organizations (churches and public schools) leading team-based strategic planning programs. This also lead to co-authoring and publishing several manuals and books in leadership, business development and strategic planning.
