With a successful career spanning over 30 years in law enforcement, psychology, adjunct professor and private investigation, I have developed a unique skill set that allows me to excel in high-pressure situations and deliver results. As a Licensed Psychotherapist and police executive, I have dedicated my career to building bridges between law enforcement agencies and the communities they serve. With extensive experience in, crisis response, hostage negotiations, youth engagement within the Chicago Police Department, Chicago Public School System,State of California and major Hospital Settings, I specialize in developing and consulting strategic solutions for mental health in community, family, police department, and educational settings. I am committed to promoting positive community engagement, advocating for marginalized populations, and fostering a culture of empathy, respect, and trust within the criminal justice system. As a counselor, I have consistently demonstrated exceptional skill and dedication in supporting clients from diverse backgrounds. I have the ability to connect with individuals and create a safe, supportive environment for healing and growth. I am compassionate and a dedicated professional with a deep commitment to social justice and community engagement. I have been instrumental in bridging the gap between law enforcement and the communities through fostering trust and understanding through empathetic approach and commitment to fairness and equity. As a Private Investigator, I have conducted complex investigations for clients in various industries, including corporate, legal, and private individuals. My attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to gather and interpret evidence has led to successful outcomes in even the most challenging cases. As an adjunct professor, my role involves delivering course material to students as a part-time instructor. I am typically hired on a semester-by-semester basis to teach specific courses, often on a contractual basis. My primary responsibility is to provide high-quality instruction to students, which includes preparing lectures, leading discussions, grading assignments, and providing feedback. I may also hold office hours to provide additional support to students.
