Ron has been working in the Security and Compliance field for the last year and has reduced the Non Compliance concerns on a Global perspective by 73%. His focus has ensured a continuous positive audit posture and reduced financial penalties by meeting all SLA requirements. In his roles prior it should be noted that he was instrumental in the successful transition of approximately 150 staff for a major financial institution to a Global Delivery model crossing two countries. Performing as a GDF Consultant was a critical role in standardizing processes and procedures across multiple Help Desks throughout North America which provided streamlined work flow and increased productivity, resulting in increased SLA status while minimizing impact to both the Clients and IBM. This reduced penalty payments, increased Customer Satisfaction and increased revenue as well as provided for multiple contracts being renewed.
