Over 30 years in customer service, from retail to public servant. I enjoy helping others. You know you achieved your goal by the expression of customer in conclusion from your interaction. I expect nothing in return. While working retail I was also a Volunteer Fire Fighter, which further challenged and developed me. I moved from Michigan to Pennsylvania in 2007 to focus a career in law enforcement as a police officer and an unfortunate family circumstance brought me to move back to Michigan in 2016 approx. I started with AlliedBarton Security Services @ UPenn in 2007 to start my experience and gain general knowledge with people relations on the East Coast as it's much different than the Midwest. My expectation with this experience was to help me in my transition when becoming a police officer. I started with AlliedBarton @ UPenn as a stand down security officer, then became a bike patrol officer, vehicle patrol then promoted to Sergeant, Lieutenant, Assistant Account Manager and then Account Manager since October 2011. I'm charged with AlliedBarton's (now Allied Universal) largest bike patrol account. Directly responsible for approximately 110 bike patrol officers consisting of 7 Lieutenants and 5 Seargants and 3 Patrol Captains. I'm IPMBA (International Police Mountain Bike Association) certified. I had stepped down to a Patrol Captain in December 2014 so that I could take partial attention to my part time law enforcement career. I became a Sworn Auxiliary Police Officer July-2014 to July 2016. Due to a family circumstance back in Michigan, I decided it was important for me to move back. I was introduced to Great Expressions Dental that I worked for less then a year, until a management position opened up in Michigan at Allied Universal.
