Through every chapter, one truth has guided me: the patient experience defines success. Managing expectations, supporting independence, and delivering quality of life are just as vital as clinical outcomes. At Medical Eyeglass Center (MEC), I help practices turn their optical dispensaries into the final step in Best Corrected Vision. Our model expands patient services, delivers care beyond cataracts, and strengthens financial performance—without disrupting practice dynamics or requiring major capital. In addition to my work with MEC, I actively support other initiatives that impact the quality of care delivered to patients every day, ensuring that advancements in business models never come at the expense of patient well-being.
