Designed, developed and was project leader for a Customer Telecommunication Tariff Manager System to allow end user customers the ability to maintain and manage their tariffs in the billing system. Designed and built application for billing dedicated telecommunication circuits according to a national standard billing compliance. Also designed, built and was project lead on a Graphical User Interface client application to setup up and maintain client information used by the billing application. Designed and built a custom application to calculate and process statistical data essential to the billing for client’s telecommunication data adhering to contracts with Telecommunication Carriers. Designed, built, was project lead, and designed the network architecture to create a custom application to automatically update and keep current all information used for 911 emergency calls for all customers. This program was written in Visual C++ accessing both DB2 and Oracle databases. Developed and maintained web based customer care application using ASP, java script, XSL, XML, and HTML. Allowed the expansion of application to use modularization components determined by the client’s system architecture.
