Ron Griffey, has extensive experience in the selection and operation of mining and civil fleets having worked as the Group Plant Services Manager for Downer Edi Mining as a premiere mining contractor providing mining operation services to the mining industry. This period of skills development of over 10 years provided the opportunity to understand in depth the maintenance requirements for mining fleets and associated costs for these services within a competitive contracting environment. Ron has also managed the Egan’s Group which is a large independent wet and dry hire plant company and spent 15 years working with Hanson and Boral Construction Materials including quarry, concrete, Area and Regional Manager responsibilities.
