About Ron Gutowski

Early in my career, I rolled up my sleeves and got deep into infrastructure.I helped form Exchange and mobility ops from scratch.Migrated entire orgs from legacy to cloud.Built secure mobile environments before “remote-first” was a trend. As I grew, I shifted from executing tasks to shaping outcomes.I moved into management.Built teams. Led them through change.Balanced engineering depth with product strategy. When Ford needed to modernize fulfillment and platforms, I stepped up.We migrated core systems, integrated AI, and delivered results.I helped drive multi-million dollar cost savings, while keeping platforms scalable and secure. Now I lead at the intersection of platform, product, and engineering.I translate complexity into clarity.I connect business needs to technical execution. And I lead cross-functional teams that deliver at scale. What drives me now?Helping enterprises modernize faster, without losing focus on the people behind the platforms.I’m ready for my next challenge.Let’s talk if you’re building something bold, and need a grounded leader to drive it.
