About Ron Hamara

I have a wealth of experience in : Executive coaching Transition Management at all levels of an organization On-boarding senior executives Resume preparation and development I have extensive experience in executive development coaching and outplacement counseling for candidates at all levels including the C-suite. I started my career in banking at TD and when I left I went to Swiss Bank (UBS) where I was the HR business partner for the corporate and investment banking groups. I then went to work as a partner in a boutique career management firm. Throughout my career I have been involved in re-engineering, organizational development, talent and leadership development, as well as resume, Linkedin and bio development. It is my blend of executive coaching and counseling, my knowledge of how businesses operate and what executives need to help them develop in an ever changing marketplace that created my unique coaching and counseling style. I work with C-Suite, lawyers and executives in a broad range of industries providing an in depth knowledge base combining business components, human resource factors and organizational and talent development. My coaching style is personal yet direct, practical yet outcome focused, but above all I demonstrate a sincere passion for what I do. I have helped executives by: Counseling them on onboarding when they have transitioned into new firms or new positions within their existing companies. Helping executives to understand the dynamics of their diversified team and how to manage such a team. Work with executives on their communication skills to be able to make presentations to their boards or if they are interviewing with board members for the possibility of getting a seat on their board. Also working with transition candidates to hone their communication skills getting them ready for interviewing.
