About Ron Hardy

I am a manager of a team of agile business analysts and knowledge engineers with proven success in the fields of business analysis, project management, business intelligence development and software administration, specializing in decision support systems. I have also found a great deal of satisfaction working in the healthcare industry, especially in roles where my work can have impact on effectiveness and quality of patient care. I have demonstrated a talent for problem solving through business process analysis and implementation of holistic tactical level solutions that combine process improvement and software solution in alignment with long term strategic objectives. I have a history of directly supporting executive level leadership through objective metric based analysis and candid assessments of issues or opportunities. I am personally invested in the development of my skills through continuing education while also being dedicated to sharing that knowledge with my fellow team members. While I have had success leading large project teams, I am especially happy as a servant leader of a smaller team where I can provide individual support to each team member to help them develop professionally. My ten year career plans include obtaining a position as a college level professor.
