As a construction project manager at RZ-Enterprises Oracle City Homes, I am responsible for overseeing multiple land development and housing projects in the City of Houston. I have more than eight years of experience in the construction industry, managing all aspects of construction, from lot clearing to closing of homes. I have a strong track record of delivering quality work within a budget and timeline and providing excellent customer service and communication to the buyers and company owners. I am also passionate about learning new skills and technologies that can enhance my performance and efficiency in my role. I have completed multiple online courses and certifications in Power BI, cloud computing, ethical hacking, and cybersecurity. I use Power BI to create dashboards and reports that visualize and analyze the data from my projects, and I apply ethical hacking and cybersecurity principles to protect the data and systems from unauthorized access and attacks. I am eager to leverage my skills and knowledge to contribute to the success and growth of an organization and its clients.
