I'm a psychology professional with a master’s degree in general psychology from Capella University and over 10 years of experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities across residential, educational, and therapeutic settings. My work as a behavioral technician, direct support professional, and CPR instructor has shaped my deep understanding of behavioral interventions, individualized care, and crisis prevention. I’ve collaborated with families, clinicians, and school teams to implement behavior plans, reinforce skill-building, and ensure safety and dignity for every person I support. Now, I’m seeking to take the next step into program coordination, case management, or leadership roles in behavioral health or special needs services. I’m especially interested in opportunities that allow me to: Coordinate care and services for individuals with IDD or autism Train and support frontline staff Oversee program outcomes and ensure person-centered care Advocate for inclusion, accessibility, and equity in mental health or education systems Colleagues describe me as calm under pressure, highly empathetic, and dedicated to helping individuals thrive in the ways that matter most to them.
