Having retired from the Navy, after working as an aircraft Sheetmetal mechanic and a Navy Recruiter for a total of twenty years, I am currently studying for a Master’s degree in counseling, with an emphasis on alcohol and drug addiction recovery, and clinical mental health. I am currently working for the DoD, in the aviation field. As a recruiter for the Navy, I was ranked 5 of 150 recruiters within the state of Michigan. Sales comes naturally to me, but I prefer to use those skills as a counselor. Speaking to others and to a group comes easy, with little preparation.
