About Ron J Emerson

Ron Emerson joined Cushman Wakefield as a full-time Sales Representative in April 2007 after spending three consecutive summers in Cushman & Wakefield’s student internship program. During this time, Mr. Emerson worked extensively with the Vancouver office’s Research Department, and on a project basis with some of the firm’s top industrial brokers. Over the years, Mr. Emerson has gained a solid understanding of Richmond’s industrial and office leasing markets and is using that knowledge to become an industrial strata specialist. He has also gained a solid understanding of Agriculture Land Reserve sales in the Fraser Valley, an area he is expanding his services to include. Mr. Emerson graduated from British Columbia Institute of Technology with a diploma in Integrated Management (now designated Business Administration) and a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration. He has also completed the Real Estate Trading Services Licensing Course through the University of British Columbia’s Sauder School of Business.
