I have led a finance team in budgeting and forecasting $3.0B in broadband revenue and over 300K in internet/voice/video sales. Here are some examples of how I have helped my prior company: • I developed a report of $1B+ in annual promotional discounts using OBIEE, Microsoft Access and Excel pivot tables to provide key insights and analysis. I reduced preparation time from several weeks to only a few hours. • I spearheaded a cross-functional team to improve the sales forecasting process. I eliminated forecasting errors and decreased the forecast cycle from three days to just a few hours. • I built a financial model to valuate the acquisition of additional broadband customers in New York worth over $10M. • I partnered with a finance transformation team to move an Excel-based forecast model for $3.0B in internet revenue to Hyperion Planning, and I move Excel-based monthly results files to Cognos, also about $3.0B.
