As an organizational leader, I have built a reputation as a fair, firm, consistent, and pro-active leader. I have experience in creating a vision with stakeholders, leading and holding employees accountable for results, customer relations, purchasing, budgeting, hiring, evaluating, training, facilitating employee development/training, creating job/master schedules, event planning, public presentions/speaking, and mentoring employees. Furthermore, I am a leader who empowers the individuals in the organization, so that, the employee is fulfilled with purpose and as a result, the organization is healthier.
