Background

About Ron Kenkel

I am a hard-working, reliable team player and leader with 10 years of experience working in various customer service positions in multiple industries. Most recently, I have taken on several different roles within the Audio/Visual industry with one of the fastest growing distributors in Canada, including sales order processing, purchasing, data management, and pricing analysis. I also have several years of experience leading teams to provide exceptional customer service while maintaining timing standards through coaching and training, motivating, and driving for results. I am always looking for the next opportunity to expand my knowledge and skillset, while also using my previous experience to learn and improve. It is my goal to ensure that clients are always left feeling 100% satisfied. To me, this is crucial in maintaining a healthy relationship between the business and its clients. I achieve this result by being open, honest, and empathetic to all situations. I want to ensure that the client's needs are met, while not straying from the business's values and overall goals.
