Previously, at Lilly Oncology USA: I managed & coached a highly successful team of Oncology Sales Specialists in the greater Chicago area. I am a repeat Master Performer winner as a Sr. District Manager (the highest honor given to District Managers at Lilly) and 2-time APEX/President's Council winner. I was invited by leadership to join the District Manager Training Faculty and spent several years training new sales managers. I have been named as District Manager Peer Award winner in multiple years and have also been the recipient of the District Manager Coaching Award. I was considered a leader in the Oncology Business Unit whose expertise was consistently sought after to aid with numerous product launch and marketing message strategies. I left Lilly because the early retirement package offer was too good to refuse.
