About Ron Klausing

My career began with hands-on IMIT roles and progressed through various leadership opportunities in functional management and project management. These opportunities spanned several industries and involved multiple technologies and business teams. Each opportunity was unique and allowed me to wear many ‘hats’ (typically concurrent). In 2005, I received the Project Management Professional (PMP) designation. One of my core strengths is the ability to build strong teams. I also have a natural ability to understand and map complex business concerns, leading to creative and practical business solutions. Exploring complex situations and transforming them into tangible business outcomes is a joy! The past few years have brought increased attraction to the field of information privacy. I found a natural synergy between my IMIT business experiences and the field of information privacy. In 2020, I obtained the Certified Information Privacy Professional Canada (CIPP-C) designation. After many years experience in delivering and managing IMIT business technology solutions, an opportunity to focus on the field of information privacy feels fresh and exciting!
