Professional Summary - Longevity: Initiating my telecommunications career with Cellular One in I have held nearly every position possible in the technical and operations sides of both startup and established telecommunications companies. I worked the last 19 years at the same desk for two separate companies, demonstrating commitment and reliability. Innovation: I am a process innovator which makes me valuable to the startup company as well as the established larger company. I am able to evaluate existing processes and spot redundancies that may be resolved with simple tweaks or with large scale software initiatives. I was key to the conception, design and implementation of the Zayo FOCUS page in Salesforce which required coordination with management, each affected team, and our software developers. Vitality: My commitment to excellence and enamoring our customers has made me a critical component in every team I have been a part of. Focusing on Internal customers as well as External customers gave our clients and my co-workers a reliable contact to turn to. I am very good at chasing down solutions to simple or complex obstacles. Projects: My strongest attributes of organization, communication and patience, combined with long experience and varied positions, provide me the unique ability to know what each step of telecom workflow needs. This makes me an excellent project manager. The majority of my 19 years with Zayo and NTI were comprised of project management. Data Management: I learned early on that a database is only useful if the data going into it is accurate. Data integrity audits are a big part of my past. I have extensive experience modeling equipment and facilities in Metasolv as well as building circuits end to end. Outside Plant: I have experience working with the OSP side of the house through project management and coordination efforts. I project managed the installation of the NTI South Route, including the OSP segments from Covington to Renton. These were exceptionally problematic, requiring tight coordination with our OSP teams and local municipal entities. All data provided by the OSP team had to be modeled and documented, which I handled in Metasolv. In addition, I worked closely with the OSP side of the company on nearly every customer circuit installation. Most customer circuits required a fiber tail to be spliced to deliver services. A great deal of the coordination required a good working relationship with the OSP field techs and engineers.
