As the Product Line Director at DNV, I am responsible for the overall vision, strategy, business development, customer experience, and financial results for the Electric Grid product line, which includes Cascade Asset Management and Synergi Electric Power Engineering software. With more than 20 years of experience in the utility software industry, I have a deep understanding of the market and customer needs and trends, and I leverage this knowledge to deliver innovative and value-added solutions that help utility companies improve their performance and reliability. I lead a team of talented Product Managers and work closely with software engineering, design, marketing, sales, delivery, and other relevant functions to align the value chain across the customer journey. I have successfully transformed our products from on-premises to cloud-based and hybrid models, achieving double-digit year-over-year growth and profit margin for several years running. I also engage with our customers and stakeholders through advisory boards, focus groups, and consortia to ensure our products meet and exceed their expectations. I am passionate about serving the utility industry and contributing to its digital transformation.
