I am a team-oriented certified professional in information systems security with experience in the auditing of financial information systems. In both IT and in the IT Audit profession I have more than 20 years of combined experience and hold two certifications - Certified Information Systems Auditor, and Certified Information Systems Security Professional. I am focused on building business relationships to help achieve both company and departmental strategic goals in addition to meeting personal objectives. My experience includes reviews of information system security controls on financial systems at both at IG Wealth Management and at Mackenzie Investments. I have expertise in areas of IT risk management, operational and technology reviews, reviews of mortgage systems, along with funds financial and corporate year-end reviews. My peers have described me as being able to lead, inspire and motivate staff in the commitment to shared goals and in the development of their personal goals and objectives, optimistically pursuing difficult challenges and being positively motivated in the face of adversity.
