About Ron Marek

I am the North America Workplace Managing Director within our Corporate Services & Sustainability organization. Working closely with our global and local business partners, I drive the delivery of the Corporate Services & Sustainability vision by delivering superior operational and support services across our North America Locations. My passion? Building highly effective hospitality teams that help support our employees and elevate each customer’s experience. Previously, I served as the Northeast Geographic Services Lead focused on curating corporate hospitality and sustainability initiatives to create inviting and effective places to collaborate and connect. Prior to that role, I was the North America Local Technology Services Lead, responsible for managing and delivering technical infrastructure services within Accenture’s North America Offices. Over the years I have developed many skills allowing me to custom build IT and Corporate Function environments including project/program management, organizational transformations, change management, process improvements, efficiencies and cost management. I am fortunate to work with an amazing group of Corp S&S professionals who are passionate about providing services and solutions that fuel the growth of Accenture and help our people bring the best to our clients each and every day.
