In 2019 was invited to the British Academy of Management Conference and published a conference paper about complexity and adaptability strategies for individuals, organizations and businesses. Participated as a speaker for DisruptHR YEG in 2019 and spoke about the current complexities of the human resource industry and adapting to e-hiring techniques. Successfully submitted a conference paper for the Academy of Management in 2020. Creator and globally launched "Legacy" that won the AMPIA, Golden Sheaf, and International Film Festival Award for "Creative Excellence". Co-patent holder of technology that converts a vehicle's kinetic energy into electricity, which was presented to Ford's Global Production Team in 2018. Winner of Edmonton Police Services Divisional Recognition Award in successfully launching a critical application while acting as the Director of the Project and Portfolio Management Branch. Author of the Organizational Change Management (OCM) framework, which was approved by the Government of Alberta Infrastructure Steering Committee and Executive Director Committee for institutional-wide implementation. PhD in Organization and Management with extensive practical experience helping private and public sector entities significantly improve their adaptability, flexibility, and innovation, in order to deliver competitively "Better, Faster, and Cheaper" value to their target market.
