I have over 20 years of experience in leadership development across a range of contexts. I enroll individuals and build teams to make transformations that matter at the community, organizational, and individual levels. The following are some highlights of qualifications: 15 years’ experience in program and project management. Over 10 years working on a portfolio of independent ventures and consulting projects that include executive coaching and management consulting, co-founding a business, and nonprofit marketing. As a leadership development consultant, helped an organization create a competency framework linked to a career roadmap, and then designed a Learning Community structure to support development for every people manager in the firm. As a management consultant, helped one organization increase their program capacity by 100% through social media marketing linked to local campaigns. Created a leadership development system for a network of leaders across 5 states on a shoestring budget, increasing retention of new leaders by 300% in the first few years. As the first Development Director of a growing organization, increased annual appeal revenue by 45% over the previous year and exceeding the net fundraising goal for their annual fundraising event by 400%. Fluent in Spanish with 8 years' experience working in contexts that required both languages to be spoken. Trained as an executive coach through Results Coaching Systems, Coaches Rising, and Aletheia Coach Training. Completed MBA (2014) with specialized courses in product development, social enterprise, and social media marketing.
