As Co-Founder and COO of Chatavise, I oversee and manage communications between brands and consumers through Chatavise. Being focused on client experience, my strength is in building relationships and solutions with businesses and their stakeholders. Chatavise was created out of the need of a single franchise owner to build, grow, retain, engage and monetize their client experience efforts. Since successfully helping a single franchise owner where others fell short Chatavise expanded to 20% of franchise locations until garnering the attention of corporate. After successfully onboarding and providing results, corporate trusted Chatavise with their locations and now nearly 94% of the remaining franchise network have since been onboarded.
