Over the past 30+ years, I’ve been fortunate to build a fulfilling career in real estate, working alongside incredible teams and leading some of the largest brokerages in Canada. From managing top-performing offices to owning and growing successful brands, I’ve always believed in creating a culture of leadership, service, and innovation. My passion has always been supporting agents—developing talent, building systems that scale, and creating an environment where people thrive. I’ve had the honor of receiving industry recognition over the years, but what drives me most is seeing the people I work with succeed and grow into leaders themselves. Now, as President and Co-Founder of KIC Realty, I’m excited to bring all of that experience into a new kind of model—one that’s focused on agent empowerment, smart growth, and staying ahead of where the industry is going. We’re building something unique here, and it’s only just getting started.
